At zestyflowers.com, we take great pride in delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If your arrangement arrives damaged or not as expected, we are happy to work with you to make it right.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, store credit, or replacement if:
Your flowers arrive damaged or wilted
The wrong item was delivered
The flowers do not match the description (size, color, type) you ordered
The order was not delivered (except when due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
You provided incorrect delivery information
The recipient was unavailable to receive the flowers
Delivery was delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or holidays
You changed your mind after the flowers were delivered
Custom arrangements that were made specifically upon request and delivered correctly
4. Timeframe to Request Refund
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Include your order number and contact details when reaching out
After reviewing your claim, we will respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, we will issue it via the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Replacements
If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost instead of a refund—subject to availability and delivery location.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
