Thank you for shopping with us! At zestyflowers.com, we are committed to delivering fresh and beautiful flowers right to your doorstep with care and reliability. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your floral orders will be delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options depending on the recipient’s location:
Local Delivery: For addresses within our local delivery area, we offer same-day or next-day hand delivery by our in-house floral team.
Standard Shipping: For addresses outside our local area, we use reliable courier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to deliver your flowers in temperature-controlled packaging.
Express Shipping: Expedited delivery is available at checkout for faster delivery.
3. Same-Day Delivery (Local Areas Only)
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (local time) Monday through Saturday for same-day delivery.
Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.
4. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on:
Delivery location
Chosen delivery method (standard, express, local delivery)
Size and weight of the arrangement
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions—subscribe to our newsletter or check the website for current offers.
5. Delivery Times
Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (local time).
We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time but offer preferred delivery windows at checkout (e.g., morning or afternoon).
During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high volume.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number (for non-local deliveries). Local deliveries will be confirmed via email or SMS once completed.
7. Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure all orders arrive fresh and on time. If:
The recipient is not home, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor and notify you.
There are issues with incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations, we will contact you for further instructions. Delays caused by incorrect delivery information are not our responsibility.
8. Holidays & Weather Delays
We may experience delays due to:
Severe weather conditions
Carrier disruptions
National holidays
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and work to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.
