Zesty Flowers was born out of a simple frustration: the world's most exciting cuisines are locked behind restaurant walls, while home cooks are stuck with the same ten recipes. We wanted to change that.
We built a library of 95 carefully tested recipes spanning 10 cuisines -- from a classic French Eggs Benedict to a smoky Argentinian Chimichurri Steak, from a delicate Japanese Mochi Ice Cream to a blazing Thai Green Papaya Salad. Every recipe is written to be achievable in a real home kitchen, with real equipment, by real cooks of every skill level.
Alongside the recipes, we curated a kitchen store of the tools that actually make a difference -- not gimmicks, but the knives, pans, and appliances that professional cooks rely on and recommend.
The People Behind the Recipes
Our small team brings together professional culinary training, years of recipe development, and a genuine obsession with cooking well.
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Claire spent eight years cooking in Michelin-starred restaurants before launching Zesty Flowers with the conviction that great food belongs at every table.
With a background in both French cuisine and Southeast Asian street food, Marc ensures that every recipe we publish respects the tradition it comes from while adapting gracefully to home kitchens.
Sophie tests every recipe four times before it reaches you -- once in a professional kitchen, twice at home, and once with a home cook who has never made the dish. If they can do it, we publish it.
Isabelle evaluates every tool in our store with the same rigour we apply to our recipes. If she wouldn't use it in her own kitchen, it doesn't make the cut. Her background in culinary equipment sourcing ensures every product recommendation stands behind.
