Orders & Delivery

How quickly will my flowers be delivered?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select areas — please contact us to check availability for your zip code.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we deliver throughout the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

What if no one is home when my order is delivered?

Our couriers will leave the package in a safe, shaded location (such as a covered porch) if no one is available to receive it. We use specially designed packaging that keeps flowers fresh for up to 8 hours after delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Flower Quality & Care

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most cut flower arrangements last 7-14 days. Re-cut stems at a 45-degree angle, change the water every two days, and keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Check our flower care guide for detailed tips.

My flowers arrived wilted. What should I do?

Cut flowers sometimes look tired after transit but will revive when placed in fresh water. Trim 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle and place in cool, fresh water for 2-4 hours. If they do not revive, please contact us with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you include flower food with orders?

Yes, most orders include a flower food sachet and a care card with instructions. For stem and bunch orders, care instructions are printed on the packaging.

Flower Box Subscription

How does the free trial work?

Your first Flower Box is completely free. You will not be charged until after your first box has been delivered. If you cancel before your second box is dispatched, you will not be charged at all.

Can I skip a month?

We do not currently offer a skip option, but you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Simply email us at hello@zestyflowers.com before your next billing date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at hello@zestyflowers.com and we will cancel your subscription within one business day. Cancellations are effective immediately and you will not be charged for any future periods.

Refunds & Returns

What is your money-back guarantee?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a flower arrangement?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your arrangement did not meet our quality standards, please contact us with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
