Our Culture
Zesty Flowers is a remote-first team with members across the US and France. We work asynchronously, communicate with clarity, and share a genuine obsession with world cuisine and the tools that make cooking better. We do not have a ping-pong table. We have a very well-stocked test kitchen.
We believe in doing fewer things at a high level of quality rather than many things at average quality. Every decision we make -- from the wording of a recipe step to the products we list in our store -- is made with that principle in mind.
Open Positions
Recipe Developer (Contract, Part-Time)
RemoteWe are looking for an experienced recipe developer with a background in at least two of our cuisine categories to develop, write, and test recipes for our expanding library. You will work directly with our culinary director and your recipes will be published to thousands of members.
Requirements: 3+ years professional recipe development experience, strong writing skills, access to a well-equipped home or professional kitchen, and genuine expertise in at least two world cuisines. Formal culinary training preferred but not required.

Remote / TravelWe are building our first original photography library to supplement licensed images across the site. We are looking for a food photographer with a natural, editorial style -- think Kinfolk meets restaurant review rather than stock photography.
Requirements: Professional food photography portfolio, own lighting and post-processing setup, ability to style and shoot dishes from our recipe library, and comfortable working from a brief.
