Flower Arrangements & Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your arrangement arrived damaged, wilted beyond normal transit stress, or otherwise did not meet our quality standards, please contact us at hello@zestyflowers.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

For non-perishable items such as vases, care kits, and gift accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Flower Box Subscription

Your first Flower Box is free. If you are charged and are not satisfied with your subscription experience, you are eligible for a full refund on your most recent charge if the request is made within 30 days of the billing date. To request a refund or cancel your subscription, email hello@zestyflowers.com.

Annual subscription refunds after 30 days are provided on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused months, less the cost of boxes already delivered at the monthly rate.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@zestyflowers.com with your order reference number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if the issue is with a flower product. We process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for wilting that occurs after proper care instructions have been disregarded, for flower varieties that naturally have a shorter lifespan than average (such as poppies or sweet peas), or for colour variations that are the result of natural variability in flower colouration.
