Membership

What is included in a Zesty Flowers membership?+
A membership gives you unlimited access to all 95 current recipes across all 10 categories, plus every new recipe we add in the future at no extra cost. You also receive our monthly members-only cooking guide, early access to new recipe collections, and priority support from our team.
How does the 30-day free trial work?+
When you sign up for either plan, your 30-day free trial begins immediately. You will not be charged anything during this period. We send a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. If you cancel before day 31, you will never be charged. If you do nothing, your chosen plan will activate on day 31.
How do I cancel my membership?+
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at hello@zestyflowers.com with your account email. We also honour a 30-day money-back guarantee from the first day of billing -- so if you change your mind after being charged, just reach out and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
What is the difference between the Monthly and Annual plans?+
Both plans give you the same full access to all recipes and content. The Annual plan is billed once per year at $99.99 -- saving you 36% compared to paying $12.99/month. Annual members also receive our exclusive annual printed recipe guide by email. Both plans include the same 30-day free trial.
Can I upgrade from Monthly to Annual?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by emailing us. The upgrade takes effect on your next billing date and we will apply a prorated credit for any unused portion of your current month.
Are the free recipes really free -- no credit card required?+
Yes, 47 of our 95 recipes are completely free to access without an account or payment. You can browse, read, and cook from them with no strings attached. A membership is only required for the remaining 48 premium recipes.

How many recipes do you have and how often do you add new ones?+
We currently have 95 recipes across 10 categories. We add new recipes every month, and all future recipes are included in your membership at no additional cost. Members are the first to know when new recipes go live.
Are the recipes suitable for beginner cooks?+
We have recipes across all three difficulty levels -- Easy, Medium, and Advanced -- and every recipe is clearly labelled. The majority of our recipes are Easy or Medium. Our recipe developer tests every recipe in a home kitchen with a beginner before we publish it, so you can trust that even the Medium recipes are genuinely achievable.
Can I request a specific recipe or cuisine?+
Absolutely. We love hearing from our members about what they want to cook. Send your requests to hello@zestyflowers.com -- we track all suggestions and they genuinely influence our recipe development calendar.
Are the nutritional estimates accurate?+
Nutritional values shown on our recipes are estimates only, based on standard ingredient databases. They should not be used as the basis of any medical or dietary decision. Individual results may vary based on specific brands, cooking methods, and portion sizes. Please consult a registered dietitian for personalised advice.

Store and Orders

How does shipping work for store orders?+
Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping automatically -- no code required. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 5-7 business days to most US addresses. International shipping is not currently available.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return window on all unused products in original packaging. Digital content (recipes and membership) is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, email hello@zestyflowers.com with your order reference. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also check your order history in the My Account section. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@zestyflowers.com.
