1. Membership Refunds
Free Trial Cancellation: If you cancel your membership before the 30-day free trial ends, you will not be charged anything. No refund is needed because no payment is taken.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are charged for a membership and wish to cancel within 30 days of that charge, we will issue a full refund of the charged amount. Simply email us at hello@zestyflowers.com with your account email and the word "refund" in the subject line, and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 30-Day Window: After 30 days from a billing date, we do not generally offer refunds for that billing period. However, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Cancellation Effect: When you cancel a paid subscription, your access to premium recipes continues until the end of your current paid period. After that date, your account reverts to free access (the 47 free recipes remain accessible forever).
2. Physical Product Refunds (Kitchen Store)
Return Window: Physical products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
How to Return: Email us at hello@zestyflowers.com with your order reference number and the reason for the return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping costs. Please photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) products that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original condition; (b) digital content that has been substantially consumed (we handle these on a case-by-case basis with fairness in mind); (c) orders cancelled more than 24 hours after shipping has been confirmed.
4. How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once we approve your refund, we process it within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 additional business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank before contacting us.
